About Kuzmin

Hi there. You're probably here because you're looking for a tattoo. That's great because I'm looking to tattoo people. But let's slow down for just a second. In recent years I've always felt that as a client you kinda get rushed through these websites, through to the gallery and to the contact form to make a booking as fast as possible. And that doesn't sit great with me if I'm honest. I know I don't like it when I'm made to feel that way and I'd wager you probably don't either.

So let's just take a minute to get to know each other instead.

My name is Alexander Kuzmin, but my friends call me Sasha (it's the short version of Alexander in Belarus, my home country). I started tattooing in 2012. I started in one of the worst ways possible, at home, with no formal training or any real idea of what I was doing and a burning passion for art and a better life. I have tried and failed more times than I can count. I thought of giving up many times and I've been told to, that this isn't for me and that I'm no good and never will be even more times than that. But I never did.

Instead I've earned a set of skills that have allowed me to achieve what I was once told was impossible, and I am now positioned to make truly one of a kind body art pieces. Pieces that I need people like you to make.

Before we go any further I have a confession to make. I'm not what you'd describe as a "conventional" person. I have ADHD, at the very minimum. This seems like a bit much to share from the get go but it's a part of who I am and something we'd both need to adjust for if we're going to work together, so it needs to be said. I might be energetic or I may not want to talk during tattooing. I will definitely be a little quirky.

One thing that I can promise is that when you pay for my time and attention, you get it. Completely and absolutely. I care deeply about every client I have and about every piece of art I make, more than I could ever put into words.
